We know a new dentist can feel daunting. Here’s exactly what to expect so you can relax and feel at home.
What to bring
- Your health-fund card (we’ll claim on the spot with HICAPS)
- Your Medicare card if your child may be eligible for the CDBS
- Details of any past dental treatment, if you have them
- A list of any medications you take

We’ll get to know you, talk through your history and any concerns, and answer your questions.

A gentle check
A thorough but unhurried examination of your teeth, gums and bite — with digital X-rays only if needed.

A clear plan
You’ll leave knowing exactly where things stand and what (if anything) comes next, with no pressure.
